From New Year's Day until Christmas, our year is filled with special holiday celebrations. Many of the customs we hold dear were give to us by our forefathers, who brought the folklore of their native lands with them to America. Over the years, we have enriched our festivites by adapting their diverse traditions and making them our own. These decorations--many of which we adapted from antique postcards and scraps--are destined to become tomorrow's heirlooms, to be brought out with other precious keepsakes year after yeear.
