Pepper.She serves as facilitator of the Student Writers? Network of the West Florida Literary Federation, and is on that organization's Board of Directors.A former stand-up comic, Rebel has written a humor column, ?Total Rebellion,? for ?Dockside? magazine since April of 1997.
